Disc sports are not yet as accessible or inclusive as they could be.

- Cost and emphasis on international ultimate
- Limited racially and culturally diverse teams
- Discrimination of LGBTQIA+ members
- "Monocultural" experience of disc sport tournaments support the majority privileged
- Gender inequalities, harassment, prejudice and gender-based violence
